So happy to have my new glasses! I have been craving for a new glasses look for a while and I decided to get these Ray-Ban RB5121.
When I graduated, it felt like starting a new life, and I asked myself why not learning to be creative or starting to think outside the box. So I started with a tiny thing first.
My old glasses were so conservative. I barely wore them, because I thought to have to wear glasses was a disease. To wear them in formal occasion only still felt like an obligation to me. I then tried bold frames to spice things up a lil’ bit since I need them more nowadays, not as accessories but because I really need them to see.
Are bold frames equivalent to look like a nerd? That doesn’t even matter. Everyone now is proud to be a geek, but I especially was inspired by Diana Rikasari and Cameron Mitchell. Geeky looks can be everywhere from schools, works, parties and runways, plus they don’t make me look older than my actual age as it often happens to me.
P.S.: A dearest friend of mine, Anggi, sent these photos to me and said was inspired to start wearing bold-framed geeky glasses too, yeay!
